Nguyen Van Dan, Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Transportation says the traffic flow for vehicles from northern Nha Trang to the city center or 23-10 Street will be as follows. Trucks go on the route: 2-4 Street-Ton That Tung Street- Pham Van Dong Street- Tran Phu Bridge-Xom Con Street-2-4 Street.
Trucks, 5 tons or over, are allowed to run from 21:00 to 6:00 the following morning. 5-ton trucks are permitted from 2-4 Street to Nguyen Xien Street to the National Road 1; Trucks at 1.5 tons or less are only permitted outside rush hours: from 6:00 to 7:30, from 11:30 to 13:30, from 16:30 to 19:00; Trucks under 1.5 tons are to be regulated by traffic signs.
Tour buses from northern Nha Trang to 2-4 Street run on the route 2-4 Street, crossings between 2-4 and Pham Van Dong - Pham Van Dong Street, Tran Phu Bridge, Xom Con Street -2-4 Street or Tran Phu Street - Yersin Street - 23-10 Street.
Tour buses with more than 16 seats crossing Tran Phu Bridge must keep going straight on Tran Phu Street to the city center (to Tran Phu - Yersin Roundabout temporarily without hour restrictions) or turn into Yersin Street to enter 23-10 Street.
Tour buses with 16 seats or more running from I-Resort to the city center or 23-10 Street are to run on Nguyen Khuyen Street, then turn left into 2-4, take Mai Xuan Thuong Street or other crossings, into Pham Van Dong Street to the city center. Tour buses with 16 seats and more from the Ponagar Temples are permitted to turn left on Ngo Den into 2-4 Street, take Ton That Tung Street, Pham Van Dong Street to the city center.
From the southern city to the northern city, trucks go on Tran Quy Cap Street - 2-4 Street - Xom Con Street - Tran Phu Street - Tran Phu Bridge - Pham Van Dong Street - Ton That Tung Street - 2-4 Street.
Trucks at 5 tons of capacity or over are allowed to run from 21:00 to 6:00 the following morning. 5-ton trucks are permitted to run from 2-4 Street to Ma Vong Roundabout, Tran Quy Cap Street and turn around.
The department also has a plan to temporarily ban trucks at 5 tons or more from crossing Ha Ra Bridge.
