Thanh My Company held an inauguration ceremony for Cam Ranh Social Housing Project on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Cam Loc Ward, Cam Ranh City on September 12. This is the first social housing project in Cam Ranh City, contributing to meeting the housing need for low-income people.
The social housing project, 21.338,5m2, includes 2 four-storey apartment blocks with 72 flats; a terraced building (one-storey and mezzanine) with 122 houses; and a trading housing building with 29 houses (more than 3 storeys) with a total capital of approximately VND150 billion. Besides, the project also includes a nursery school, says Director of Thanh My Company.
The construction is scheduled to last for 36 months.
