Nakri Storm was at 12.8°N and 110.8°E, 170km east from the provinces of Binh Dinh – Khanh Hoa with maximum sustained wind speeds of 90-100kph (level 10) and the gust expected at level 13 at 1p.m on November 10.
 
In the next 12 hours, the storm will head west at 10-15kph in land in the provinces of Binh Dinh – Khanh Hoa winds steadily hitting level 8-9, gust at level 11. At 1a.m on November 11, the storm center will be at 13.0 °N and 109.2°E, right on the coast of the central provinces of Binh Dinh – Khanh Hoa with wind speeds of 60-75kph (level 9) and the gust expected at level 11. 
 

 

 
In the next 12-24 hours, the storm will head west west-north at 10-15kph and weaken into a tropical depression. At 1p.m on November 11, the tropical depression will be at 13.3°N and 107.4°E in the border area of Vietnam and Cambodia with winds downgraded to under level 6 (below 40kph).
