Khanh Hoa Department of Labor, Ward Invalids & Social Affairs in association with the Representative Board of Khanh Hoa Association for the Elderly paid a visit and offered gifts to 4 people turning the age of 100 on January 16. They included Nguyen Trong Long in Phuoc Tan Ward; Ngo Thi Mao in Phuong Sai Ward; Tran Dinh Quang in Phuoc Tien Ward; and Ngo Thi Hiem in Phuoc Tien Ward.
The delegation wished them good health and a happy New Year and granted longevity gifts, 5m of silk cloth each and VND1 million in cash on behalf of the State President. Reportedly, this Lunar New Year, 138 people turning 100 received the longevity gifts by the State President.
