Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has just given approval to Khanh Hoa Department of Labor, War Invalids & Social Affairs on providing 871.7 tons of rice for 58,114 people in Khanh Hoa Province with a total cost of VND14.3 billion (each person receives more than 15kg of rice) on Lunar New Year 2020.
Accordingly, the rice is offered to 7,588 people in Nha Trang, 9,601 people in Ninh Hoa Town, 3,831 in Van Ninh, 3,470 in Dien Khanh District, 3,887 in Cam Lam District, 15,301 in Khanh Vinh District and 14,436 in Khanh Son District.
The rice is 50% funded by the provincial budget for Nha Trang, Ninh Hoa, Dien Khanh, Van Ninh, Cam Lam; 70% funded for 2 districts in Khanh Son and Khanh Vinh. Other funding is from the district reserve budget 2019.
