Khanh Hoa Steering Board for Blood Donation together with Khanh Hoa Red Cross held Red Spring Blood Donation 2020 “Give blood. Save lives” drawing the participation of nearly 500 Youth Union members, public service staff and laborers in Khanh Vinh District, collecting 400 units of blood on January 16.
