Permanent Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Dac Tai led a nCoV response inspection mission to 3 hospitals, namely Khanh Hoa Hospital of Tropical Diseases; Tuberculosis & Lung Diseases Hospital; and Dermatology Hospital on February 2.
Khanh Hoa Hospital of Tropical Diseases has founded one isolation area with 50 beds. Khanh Hoa Tuberculosis & Lung Diseases Hospital has founded 2 isolation rooms with 9 beds. The isolation area of Khanh Hoa Dermatology Hospital has 3 rooms with 12 beds. Emergency response teams have been set up together with sufficient supply of medications and equipment at all hospitals to assure readiness and effective response to the coronavirus outbreak.

The leader highly appreciated the nCoV preparedness plans on human labor, equipment, medicals, protective gears, patient reception and isolation, etc. at the hospitals and reported that Khanh Hoa People’s Committee would provide the hospitals with more essential devices to improve capacity in a battle against the coronavirus.
