Medical check-up appointment at Khanh Hoa General Hospital can be scheduled via phone from April 1. The move is to reduce hospital overcrowding, decrease waiting time and assure social distancing to prevent potential cross-contamination under the Government’s Instructions, according to Dr. Phan Huu Chinh, Director of Khanh Hoa General Hospital.
Patients can call 0258.3828544 (The hospital’s Department of Polyclinic) or 0258.3810438 (Medical Clinic), reporting symptoms, numbers of medical insurance cards and hospital transfer agreements (if any). Hospital staff will schedule appointments and give patients some instructions.
On arrival for the check-up, patients are required to call at the information desk for information confirmation at the hospital’s Department of Polyclinic or the fee collection desk in a 12-storey Medical Clinic building. Patients should bring their medical insurance cards, prescriptions, hospital transfer agreements and other related documents.
