Khanh Hoa Department of Transport has just submitted a proposal on Tien Beach pedestrian mall and night market in Hon Mot, Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City to Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee.
According to the proposal by Tay Nha Trang Investment & Consultation Co., Ltd, the project has an area of 4,867m2, including 2,600m2 for roadway and sidewalks of Nguyen Thi Ngoc Oanh Road. The operation of the area is expected to last from 6pm to 2am the next morning. The route is approximately 260m surrounding Hon Mot Mount and connected to Pham Van Dong Street at the both ends.
Members at the meeting agreed to forward the suggestion to the Provincial People’s Committee for approval and suggested that the Provincial People’s Committee would assign the Department of Planning & Investment to survey and organize the bidding or auction of the use of Nguyen Thi Ngoc Oanh Road for non-traffic purposes, meeting the local development needs.
