257 new cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 were reported in Khanh Hoa Province from 5pm on August 10 to 5pm on August 11, according to Khanh Hoa Center for Disease Control.
The new cases include 196 in Nha Trang City, 24 in Ninh Hoa, 3 in Van Ninh, 22 in Dien Khanh District, 5 in Cam Ranh, 3 in Cam Lam District and 4 in Khanh Vinh District. 13 of these are in the community of Nha Trang City, Dien Khanh District and Cam Lam District; and the others are home-quarantined and locked-down and centralized quarantine areas.
3,876 cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 have been reported in Khanh Hoa since June 23 with infections identified in 8/9 districts and towns, including Nha Trang City with the most cases (1,886), followed by Ninh Hoa Town (1,532), Dien Khanh District (189), Van Ninh District (140), Cam Lam District (74), Cam Ranh City (42), Khanh Vinh (12) and Khanh Son (1). 4,739 F1 and 11,430 F2 have been traced. 263 areas related to positive cases have been temporarily blockaded.
1,189 recovered cases and 27 deaths of Covid-19 have been reported since July 22.
