140 new cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 were reported in Khanh Hoa Province from 7am on August 23 to 7am on August 24, according to Khanh Hoa Center for Disease Control. The new cases include 103 in Nha Trang City, 19 in Ninh Hoa Town, 12 in Van Ninh, 1 in Dien Khanh District, 1 in Cam Ranh City, 3 in Cam Lam District and 1 in Khanh Vinh District. All of the new cases are home-quarantined and locked-down and centralized quarantine areas.
During the period, 205 reportedly recovered from Covid-19 in Khanh Hoa, bringing the tally to 3,673 since July 22, according to Khanh Hoa Center for Disease Control.
