Khanh Hoa Center for Disease Control reported 111 more recovered from Covid-19 in Khanh Hoa from 7am on September 16 to 7am on September 17, bringing the tally to 6,547, accounting for nearly 86% of the cases since July 22.
During the period, 46 new cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 were detected in Khanh Hoa Province. The new cases include 11 in Nha Trang City, 7 in Ninh Hoa Town, 21 in Van Ninh District, 1 in Dien Khanh District, 2 in Cam Ranh City, 3 in Cam Lam District and 1 in Khanh Vinh District. All of the cases are in home-quarantined and locked-down and centralized quarantine areas.

7,420 cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 have been detected in Khanh Hoa since June 23 with infections identified in 8/9 districts and towns, including Nha Trang City with the most cases (4,211), making up nearly 2/3 of the infections, followed by Ninh Hoa Town (1,932), Van Ninh District (650), Dien Khanh District (265), Cam Ranh City (201), Cam Lam District (142), Khanh Vinh (18) and Khanh Son (1).
