During the period, 39 new cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 were detected in the province. The new cases include 24 in Nha Trang City, 5 in Ninh Hoa Town, 1 in Dien Khanh District, 3 in Cam Ranh City and 6 in Khanh Vinh District. 1 of the cases are of community infection in Phuoc Hai Ward, Nha Trang City.

8,224 cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 have been detected in Khanh Hoa since June 23. Nha Trang City has the most cases (4,661), followed by Ninh Hoa Town (2,066), Van Ninh District (801), Dien Khanh District (275), Cam Ranh City (213), Cam Lam District (168), Khanh Vinh (39) and Khanh Son (1). Khanh Son District has gone more than 14 days without a new locally transmitted coronavirus case.
11,798 F1 and 14,133 F2 have been traced. 676,070 samples have been taken for RT-PCR testing and 4,554,652 others for antigen-detecting rapid diagnostic testing in Khanh Hoa Province. 20 areas related to positive cases have been temporarily blockaded.
