14,514 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered in Khanh Hoa on December 18, bringing the total doses to 1,922,080 with 1,059,671 people have taken one dose and 941,107 have got second dose, according to Khanh Hoa Provincial Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

Over 99,6% of adults have been vaccinated against COVID-19 with 94,77% given second doses. 109,210 (95.5%) of children aged 12 to 17 have received one dose of COVID-19 vaccines; 23,388 (20.4%) have been inoculated two doses.
CDC Khanh Hoa on December 18 also reported 596 new cases of COVID-19 in the province, including 4 imported cases, 297 in Nha Trang City, 86 in Ninh Hoa Town, 17 in Van Ninh District, 23 in Cam Lam District, 120 in Dien Khanh District, and 49 in Cam Ranh City.
