Learning campaign promotion
According to the leader of Khanh Hoa Provincial Study Promotion Association, financial resources play an important role in study and talent promotion, contributing to building a learning society. Khanh Hoa Provincial Study Promotion Fund has presented over 5,000 scholarships and awards totaling over VND8 billion to excellent students and maintained a stable financial resource for study and talent promotion over the past 5 years. The funds have received much donations from many enterprises, namely Khanh Viet Corporation, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company, Khanh Hoa Lottery Ticket Company, KN Cam Ranh Company, Ltd., Khanh Hoa Forest and Sea Products Joint Stock Company, Hung Thinh Cam Ranh Company, Ltd. and other sponsors, especially Tam Huong Company, Ltd donating over VND6 billion to the study and talent promotion fund. Besides, Director Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong has also sponsored many poor students.

The study and talent promotion has been widely expanded to localities and agencies, including military units, institutes and schools. Nha Trang University has presented scholarships to nearly 1,000 students and awards worth VND35.5 billion to good students. In 2020, the university gave aid worth VND6.3 billion and VND1.5 billion to students and teachers in support of online learning and teaching respectively.
In 2021, many localities have proactively mobilized donations to the study promotion fund such as Cam Lam: VND1.9 billion; Cam Ranh: VND1.6 billion; Ninh Hoa: over VND3.4 billion, etc. in support of good students. Nguyen Chau An, Vice-Chairperson of Ninh Hoa Town Study Promotion Association said the study and talent promotion learning society development are key policies of the Communist Party and the State in order to raise the intellectual level and develop human resources. The Town Study Promotion Association has focused on propaganda and close cooperation with the education sector and organizations to integrate the task into emulation contents to promote the learning promotion campaign.
Diversity of learning models
Much achievements have been gained in study promotion in Khanh Hoa with 80.9% studious families, 70.85% studious kin; and 76.67% agencies, enterprises, schools and military units recognized as learning communities.
Tran Quang Man, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Study Promotion Association said the study and talent promotion has widely expanded with many models such as studious families, studious kin, learning communities, etc. At present, there are 326 studious kin promotion boards. Most of the studious kin promotion boards present awards to good students and those with high results in examinations every year on the occasion of the annual ancestor worship ceremony.
Family members are always proud and enthusiastic to contribute to building the title of studious families and kin. They include the Le in Song Cau Commune (Khanh Vinh District); the Pham, Cuu Loi Village (Cam Hoa Commune, Cam Lam District); the Nguyen Phuoc in Nha Trang City; Bo Bo Thi Bong's family (To Hap Town, Khanh Son District); Luong Tuyen's family (Ninh Quang Commune, Ninh Hoa Town); and Pham Ngoc Khanh's family (Xuan Son Commune, Van Ninh District). The model of "learning community" in villages and groups is also focused. Outstanding learning communities include the residential group of Apartment A, Van Thanh Ward (Nha Trang City); and Cam Loc Ward (Cam Ranh City).
The leader of the Provincial Study Promotion Association affirmed that the above achievement is thanks to leadership and coordination of the Party Committees, authorities and the Fatherland Front Committees, mass organizations and the consensus of residents; transparency and efficiency in study promotion activities; volunteering, enthusiasm and responsibility of thousands of cadres, public servants, teachers, members, etc. Most of them have reached retirement age but they are still enthusiastic about contributing to the cause of education.
