Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee paid a Christmas visit 2021 to Phu Sa Parish in Vinh Ngoc Commune, Nha Trang City on December 23.
