Khanh Hoa Provincial Confederation of Labor has just implemented a plan to implement the Program "1 million initiatives, efforts to overcome difficulties, be creative, determined to contain the Covid-19 pandemic" with the determination to contribute at least 8,000 initiatives.
Responding to the program of innovations
As soon as the Provincial Labor Confederation launched the program, the Trade Union of the Education Sector developed a plan and deployed it to grassroots facilities. According to Truong Minh Ha, Chairperson of the Trade Union of the Education Sector, this is a practical program, contributing to inspiring creativity of members and employees. 280 initiatives were recognized and applied in teaching in 2021. The Trade Union will strive to contribute at least 275 initiatives to the program in the coming time.

The Trade Union of Industrial and Economic Zones of the province has also deployed the program to 33 grassroots facilities with more than 12,000 members and workers. According to Truong Thi Thu, Chairperson of the Trade Union of Industrial and Economic Zones, the unit will strive to contribute at least 865 initiatives to the program. To achieve the goal, the focus will be on propagating and mobilizing members and employees to promote their creativity, mobilize business leaders to respond to and support the program; and create favorable conditions and resources to increase employees' innovation at work.
The Trade Union of Khanh Viet Corporation is striving to contribute at least 355 initiatives to the program which has been widely deployed and expanded to grassroots facilities with more than 3,500 members. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen, Vice-Chairman of the Trade Union of Khanh Viet Corporation said that over years, the campaign "Good and creative workers" has expanded widely. Every year, its employees contributes more than 80 initiatives, benefitting the business and the society. Therefore, the program “1 million initiatives” will be implemented by the unit in the coming time.
Striving to contribute 8,000 initiatives
Bui Thanh Binh, Chairman of the Provincial Confederation of Labor said that in 2021, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor successfully implemented the program “75,000 initiatives” with 1,440 initiatives contributed by employees in Khanh Hoa alone. In 2022, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has initiated the program "1 million initiatives, efforts to overcome difficulties, be creative and determined contain the Covid-19 pandemic" in order to inspire the creativity of members and employees at work to overcome difficulties amid the on-going Covid-19 outbreak. In response to the program, the Provincial Trade Union has set a target of contributing at least 8,000 initiatives, including 3,000 initiatives in the first phase from September 2021 to the end of May 2022 and 5,000 initiatives in the second phase from June 2022 to September 2023.
To achieve the goal, the Provincial Labor Confederation has deployed the program to more than 1,500 grassroots Trade Unions with specific targets assigned to Trade Union affiliations; and simultaneously directed the Trade Union at all levels to boost innovation in thinking and flexibility at work in adaption to the new situation.
The Provincial Labor Confederation requires its officials to promote dynamism and creativity in proposing effective solutions at work; diversify propaganda to encourage members and employees to respond to the program; attract business leaders and members to support the program. Moreover, the Provincial Labor Confederation hopes workers will try to improve productivity, promote technical innovations, enhance professional competence to increase work effectiveness, contributing to administrative reform connected with digital transfer and participate in other emulation campaigns.
