Communist Youth Union organizations have made plans to organize various practical and meaningful activities in response to the coming Youth Month 2022 (March).

Khanh Vinh District Youth Union will organize several practical activities, including opening a business start-up club and stall run by young people in Khanh Vinh. According to Cao Xuan Thoai, Secretary of Khanh Vinh District Youth Union said, the stall will support the consumption of agricultural produces, carpentry products, fine arts, garments, etc. made by young people. The District Youth Union will launch the Youth Month in late February and kick off the work on 2 playgrounds for kids.

Nguyen Trung Hieu, Secretary of Ninh Hoa Town Youth Union said Ninh Hoa Youth Union has planned to kick off the Youth Month with the cultivation of 2,000 mangroves in Ninh Phu Commune; house construction for a Youth Union member in need together with 20 gifts offered to disadvantaged families with young people joining army 2022; propaganda for environmental protection and traffic safety. Besides, Ninh Hoa Town Youth Union will cooperate with the district Center of Culture, information & Sports to organize a marathon for young people, etc.
Promoting youth’s enthusiasm and creativeness
Reportedly, the Youth Unions in other localities are also urgently planning to deploy many activities in the upcoming Youth Month. According to Bui Hoai Nam, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, this year's Youth Month themed "Creative Youth” is aimed to promote young people's enthusiasm, volunteering and creativeness in carrying out projects to fulfill political and professional tasks and contribute to socio-economic development, especially focusing on applying technologies, digital transformation, etc.
Regarding propaganda and education about the glorious tradition of Vietnamese youth and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union has focused on the history and traditions of the Youth Union; documents of Youth Union congresses at all levels; results of the Youth Union tasks and youth campaigns at grassroots level; typical effective youth projects and tasks for the community in the 2017 - 2022 term and orientations and tasks in the next term; application of technologies in building digital maps, digitizing documents, artifacts, information about historical landmarks; propaganda and education boost about historical traditions through digital apps and social media of the youth.
To boost the youth’s creativeness and volunteering for the community’s sake, the Youth Union affiliations will focus on implementing programs and tasks on building new rural areas, protecting the environment, responding to climate change; developing civic culture, implementing volunteering programs and activities associated with social life; organizing more activities to enhance young people’s innovation.
The Provincial Youth Union will carry out some key activities such as the Youth Month kick-off ceremony expected to take place in late February; the 91st foundation anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - 2022); meetings with Youth Union officials; Community Coastal Clean-up campaign; the Youth Creative Festival 2022 with many competitions on entrepreneurship and business start-up; dialogues between the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the young people, etc.
“The programs and tasks need to be suitable for local situations and needs in compliance with Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control regulations. I believe that Youth Month activities 2022 will be widely deployed from the grassroots level to be practical and effective, following the Youth Union's tasks and youth campaign 2022," added Bui Hoai Nam.
