Over years, local authorities have organized various activities to take care of children, creating a sound and safe environment for children to study and promote their all-round development and achievements.

Many practical activities

Nguyen Ha Thanh Tra, 9, Ninh Hai Primary School, Quarter 8 Binh Tay, Ninh Hai Ward, Ninh Hoa Town is still filled with joy after 2 weeks having received a VND1 million scholarship from the Department of Labor, War Invalids & Social Affairs jointly with other benefactors. Her family is poor as her mother is seriously sick, so the financial burden is on her father. In 2021, Covid-19 affected the income of her father. She helps her father with home chores such as cooking and laundry. The little girl said, “I am so glad to get a scholarship. The aid is of great encouragement to me. I will try harder to get good results in study and become a useful member of the society.”
