Several measures taken

To promote the campaign, the Steering Committees at all levels will closely coordinate with local agencies and authorities to boost propaganda to attract more and more organizations and individuals to get involved in humanitarian assistance in diverse and appropriate ways, creating stable resources in the implementation of the campaign. Besides, the steering committee at all levels will also coordinate with local authorities to continue surveying humanitarian addresses pursuant to the process guided by the Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee and at the request of donors; regularly build a "Humanitarian address e-bank"; completing management records of humanitarian addresses and guiding documents for the synchronous and consistent implementation of the campaign in the province.

According to Le Van Hoa, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Red Cross, the standing agency of he Steering Board, the humanitarian assistance must be effective and practical in a sustainable way. Therefore, the steering board must choose the form of assistance based on the needs and aspirations of the needy and at the requests of organizations and individuals registering for providing assistance; and raise public awareness and provide appropriate skills for vulnerable people and communities to overcome challenges and thrive;  periodically assess the needs and review the requests of donors to make appropriate adjustments, ensuring that assistance is regular and effective, reaching those who need it the most. The Party Committees at all levels and local authorities, the Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations, businesses, benefactors, etc., are to register for humanitarian support based on the recommendation by the Steering Board at all levels.
