Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received Susan Burns, U.S. Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City on December 5.
Nguyen Tan Tuan expressed the hope that the U.S. Consul General would support and introduce English language training and scholarship programs to schools and foreign affairs officials in the province; create favorable conditions for Vietnamese citizens to visit their relatives in the U.S.A; as well as enhance cooperation between the 2 partners in the sectors of tourism, education, health care and investment; call for U.S businesses and organizations' investment in Khanh Hoa, especially in renewable energy, high-tech manufacturing and logistics.
Susan Burns hoped Khanh Hoa would continue providing opportunities for U.S agencies and organizations' cooperation and investment in Khanh Hoa.
