According to the targets, each affiliation carries out a youth project "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - civilized - safe" route and maintains 5 sites under regular coastal clean-up in 5 coastal districts and towns. Each district-level affiliation builds at least 1 new playground for children and repair at least 5 children's playgrounds. Each locality jointly with medical facilities provides medical check-up, counseling and treatment with free medicines for 300 residents.
Each district-level Vietnam Youth Federation mobilizes members to donate at least 300 units of blood; offers at least 300 gifts and 200 scholarships to disadvantaged students. Besides, the Provincial Youth Federation builds 2 houses for the needy in the province. District-level affiliations repair 10 schools and 10 houses for policy beneficiaries in need.
