Khanh Hoa Youth Union has just signed cooperation agreements with many agencies and businesses to build and develop startup ecosystems and support business start-up for the youth.
According to the leader of the Provincial Youth Union, business startup activities have been organized in Vietnam in general and in Khanh Hoa Province in particular for nearly 10 years, but they have not attracted a large number of young people. Young people still find it difficult to access information about investment sources, business support start-up programs and organizations and especially information about the State's policies for business start-ups.

In spite of many funding support sources for young people such as the Bank for Social Policies, the Fund for Employment Creation, etc., the disbursement limit is small and the procedures are still complicated, making it difficult for young people to access. In addition, most young people have no tangible assets to get banking loans. Therefore, young entrepreneurs often borrow money from their families and friends and have the high risk of giving up start-up projects midway through.
According to Tran Anh Tuan, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Youth Union, in 2023, Khanh Hoa Youth Union will soon implement such activities as launching the Center to support youth business start-ups and the portal to support Khanh Hoa youth; organizing talkshows for career guidance and start-up; organize the TV gameshow "Start-up race" 2nd season; start-up journey - trade connection; training programs to improve business administration knowledge and apply digital transformation for young people to start a business; building a Youth Start-up Support Fund, etc.
The Provincial Youth Union is carrying out many activities to assist young people in starting a business. Tran Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union said that the Provincial Youth Union has signed cooperation contracts with agencies and businesses to support business start-ups, innovation and digital transformation for young people in the period of 2023 - 2027.
Specifically, in this period, the activities will be held in partnership with businesses based in Khanh Hoa Province such as Army Software Park, A. Yersin Investment and Technology Development Joint Stock Company; Modoro Digital Technology Investment Company and Eastern Unicorn Technology Application Company.
The Provincial Youth Union together with agencies and businesses signed two cooperation agreements on implementing activities to support business start-up in Khanh Hoa and founding creative and innovative business start-up alliances to jointly build and develop the startup ecosystem and innovative businesses in the province.
Accordingly, the units and enterprises will cooperate with the Provincial Youth Union to deploy several activities and programs, such as the exchanging experts, organizing seminars, conducting scientific researches, surveying startup situation in the locality; developing and exploiting funds to support young entrepreneurs; building models and methods to promote startup and innovation support associated with specific groups and fields to adapt to digital business trends; organizing programs, events and activities to support start-ups (incubation, acceleration, funding, consulting services, training, supply of high-quality human resources...); trade promotion in the province, region and abroad; Investment promotion for funding connection for enterprises and business start-up.
