Khanh Hoa General Hospital's Interventional Cardiology Department has just saved the life of a Russian female patient suffering from myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest, Associate Professor, PhD. Huynh Van Thuong, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa General Hospital said on February 22.
 The patient was discharged from hospital on February 22.

The 52-year-old patient Kosmakova Elena was transferred to Khanh Hoa General Hospital from 22-12 Hospital. The woman was diagnosed with myocardial infarction leading to cardiac arrest. 2 stents were inserted in emergency. After 4 days of treatment, the patient has recovered and was discharged from hospital on February 22.
