Land of aloe wood
Khanh Hoa is known as the land of aloe wood with unique fragrance and mild sweetness. Aloe wood in Khanh Hoa ranks high on local and international markets.
On September 7, 2016, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee gave recognition of Phu Hoi 1, Van Thang Commune, and Van Ninh District as a traditional career village, over 100 years old. To promote the traditional career, Van Thang Aloe Wood Collective has been founded to connect aloe wood farmers for sustainable development and integration.
Salangane’s Nest
Salangane’s Nest is a specialty of Khanh Hoa, highly appreciated by scientists and consumers at home and abroad for its high quality, favorably called "king bird's nest".
The edible bird's nests are created by swiftlets using solidified saliva, white and translucent, attached to rocks. The bird nests come in several of colors, red, pink, white, grey, black, etc.

Lobster
Seafood is also among must-try food delicacies in Khanh Hoa, which is famous for abundance of fresh seafood, especially lobsters, a superior prestigious delicacy.
There are two main kinds of lobster, namely Panulirus ornatus and panulirus homarus, in Khanh Hoa Province. Panulirus ornatus is also called king lobster as it is characterized by its large frontal horns as well as distinct patterning with stripes and spots of various colors throughout its body. The two kinds of lobster have high protein content and rich flavor. Tasting lobster is a fantastic experience in Khanh Hoa. Specially, Binh Ba Island on Cam Ranh Bay is known as the "kingdom" of lobsters with the most lobster faming.
Khanh Son durian
Khanh Son durian is a famous specialty of Khanh Hoa. The characteristics of the soil and climate here have created unique durians in large with pleasantly sweet fragrance, rich yellow flesh. There are several kinds of durian, namely Monthong, Ri6 and Chin Hoa. However, Monthong, 4 - 5kg/ fruit on average, is maybe the most favorite.
Especially, Khanh Son durians have different harvest time compared with other places. Khanh Son durian harvest starts when durian harvest is about to finish (in July).
Khanh Vinh pomelo
In recent years, pomelo farming has expanded in Khanh Vinh District due to its high economic effectiveness. At present, pomelo has come the mainstay in the district.
According to statistics, there are 500ha of pomelo in Khanh Vinh District, mainly in the communes of Khanh Dong, Khanh Binh, Khanh Hiep, Khanh Trung, Khanh Nam. Pomelo farmers are applying VietGAP standards and the VietGAP application will be promoted in farming in the coming time. Besides, local authorities will continue providing coding and traceability support for farmers.
Cam Lam mango
Cam Lam is known as a land of blue sea and green mango trees. Thanks to favorable soil conditions and climate, Cam Lam has become a kingdom of mangoes and its fame continues expanding as a land of delicious high-quality mangoes.
Since a long time ago, Cam Lam has become famous with a variety of delicious mangoes traditional species and newly ones such as Australian mangoes, Thai mangoes, Mangifera Indica. Therefore, the so-called land of white sand and golden sunshine has been covered in green space of big shady trees all year round, contributing to improving local life standards.
The main harvest mango season is between April and July.
