Reportedly, 2 people of Khanh Hoa Provincial Association for Agent Orange Victims accompanied the cycling team on the Nha Trang – Van Ninh – Phu Yen route. They were Nguyen Xuan Nang (Tan Lap Ward) and Nguyen Xuan Dong (Phuoc Dong Commune).
