Vietnam National Football Team drew 1-1 with Khatoco Khanh Hoa Club in a friendly match at 19-8 Stadium, Nha Trang on November 17.

The friend match was a last practice of the national team before the trip to Thailand for AFF Cup 2012; so, the players didn’t show all strength to prevent injuries while the provincial team played well even though its two main players Tan Tai and Van Phong were in the rival’s squad.

The national team luckily scored a goal ahead after 26 minutes as Cong Vinh headed the ball. With commendable efforts, Khatoco Khanh Hoa tied the score on the second half.
After that, coach Phan Thanh Hung replaced all 11 positions but the score was kept till the end match.
