Australian marathoner Pat Pamer came to Nha Trang on January 1 after 23 day trip from Mui Sa Vi, the eastern pole of Vietnam in Tra Co Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province.
On his whole trip called “Pole to pole: Vietnam” from December 9, 2012 to January 20, 2013, the marathoner will run on a 3,000 km road through 30 provinces and cities from Mong Cai to Ca Mau Pole.

The run aims to celebrate 40 years of Vietnamese – Australian relationship, call upon supports for the national Red Cross to improve fresh water for poor people in Vietnam and advertise Vietnam’s culture and tourism abroad.
