Specifically, Truong Thanh Hang, Vu Thi Huong, Duong Thi Viet Anh and Quach Thi Lan will miss the event.
Expected athletes this year are Do Thi Thao, Phan Thi Diem, Duong Van Thai, Dao Xuan Cuong, Pham Tien San, Nguyen Thi Huyen, Nguyen Van Hue and Tran Hue Hoa.
