After achieving the first gold medal in aerobic, Vietnam team got the second gold medal thanks to Wushu athlete Nguyen Thanh Tung in men’s Taijijian.
Thanh Tung got the highest point at 19.43, exceeding the two runners-up Lee Yang (Maylaysia, 19.36 points) and Lu Rufei (China, 19.36 points).

Two silver medals in Wushu came from Duong Thuy Vi in women’s Qiangshu and Nguyen Manh Quyen in men’s Daoshu.
World Games 2013, the international tournament for sports which are not included in the Olympics, took place in Cali City, Columbia from July 25 to August 4. Vietnam competed in 5 events: aerobic, karate, billiard, archery, and wushu.
