The 3 groups having the largest number of athletes are Ho Chi Minh City (47 athletes), Hanoi (42), and the Army (37).
All excellent athletes of Vietnam exclusive Truong Thanh Hang will participate in the tournament. The most outstanding athletes are Quang Thi Lan, Quach Cong Lich and Nguyen Thi Phuong, who have just come back from an over-2-month training course in Bulgaria.
