Rider Ha Thanh Tam of rice Vinh Binh An Giang was the winner of stage 3. The two runners-up were Do Tuan Anh and Nguyen Truong Tai of Domesco Dong Thap 1.
After three stages, rider Le Nguyet Minh of Eximbank Ho Chi Minh City 2 temporarily kept the yellow and the green jersey.
On November 20, the riders start the stage 4 of 99km-route from Nha Trang to Dalat.
