Khanh Hoa Province futsal tournament – Sanna Cup: playground fostering young talents

The annual Khanh Hoa Province futsal tournament – Sanna Cup is not only a playground which has a good quality but also a place to discover and foster many young talents for Sanna Khanh Hoa futsal team.

 

The Khanh Hoa Province futsal tournament – Sanna Cup kicked off on March 25 and will end on March 30. The tournament drew the attendance of 12 teams from the localities and businesses which have a strong futsal movement in the province. The teams, divided into four groups, compete in a round robin format to choose eight teams to enter the next round.

 

The 2014 tournament has fewer participants than the ones in the previous years. However, according to the organization board, the professional quality of this year’s tournament will be increased thanks to the investment of the businesses for the teams.

In addition, this tournament not only attracts the futsal teams in the province but also is an occasion for the young players to show their passion and talent. Through this tournament, many of young players of the localities’ futsal teams were discovered and had chances to play in the professional playgrounds when they joined Sanna Khanh Hoa. Some of those young players had outstanding performances at the national tournament, helping Sanna Khanh Hoa to overcome the strong rivals.

 

Right on the first matches of this year’s tournament, there were a strong competition between the participants. At the end of the first competition day, Hieu Nghia Club won 6-0 over Dien Khanh while Nha Trang trounced Khanh Vinh 8-3.  

 

Through the performances of the teams on the opening day, the tournament promises to bring the audiences many attractive matches and many young talents can be discovered. It can be said that this is a desirable tournament for the fans of futsal in the province.
