Finally, Tran Van Quyen of Military Zone 7 crossed the finish line first. The two runners-up were Le Nguyen Minh of Eximbank Ho Chi Minh City and Nguyen Thanh Tam of An Giang Plant Protection. The yellow jersey and green one still belong to rider Ho Huynh Van An of An Giang Plant Protection.

This year’s tournament, attended by nearly 80 racers from 12 strong teams and clubs across the country, has 11 stages covering a distance of 1,200km through the cities and provinces such as Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau, Phan Thiet, Phan Rang and Nha Trang.
The seventh stage will take place on April 25 on Tran Phu Street.
