In the competition of eight teams at the national first division 2014, Sanna Khanh Hoa BVN excellent won the second prize, earning Khanh Hoa’s football representative team a berth to V-League 2015. This was considered as a boost to Khanh Hoa’s football.
U17 Sanna Khanh Hoa also added more happiness to Khanh Hoa’s football fans by getting one of six berths to enter the final round of the U17 national football championship – Thai Son Nam Cup.

Formerly, in the U19 national football tournament 2014 – Ton Hoa Sen Cup, U.19 Sannatech Khanh Hoa overcame quite strong rivals (Binh Dinh, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh) to become one of eight teams playing at the final round. Although showing not bad performances, the lack of key players who were serving the national team partly led to the fail of U.19 Sannatech Khanh Hoa at this round.
At this time, the preliminary round (group C) of U19 national football tournament – Hyundai Vinashin Cup is taking place at the football ground of Khanh Hoa Provincial Sports Technique Training Center. U15 Sanatech Khanh Hoa had a 4-0 victory against Dak Lak and a 1-1 draw with Binh Thuan.
Right after the preliminary round (group C) of U19 national football tournament – Hyundai Vinashin Cup, the atmosphere at Nha Trang City football ground will be vibrant again with the matches of the preliminary round of U21 national football tournament – Thanh Nien Newspaper.
Apart from the young teams and representative team creating a football atmosphere filled with joy and hope, the indoor and beach football tournaments have also contributing to build and consolidate the position of Khanh Hoa’s football. Sanatech Khanh Hoa and Sanna Khanh Hoa were the two out of four strongest teams at the national futsal tournament 2014. Khanh Hoa’s futsal is now at a comparable level with Thai Son Nam and Thai Son Bac, the two strongest futsal teams in Vietnam.
In the on-going national beach football tournament taking place at Nha Trang beach, Khanh Hoa’s team is also evaluated as a strong candidate for the golden medal.
Khanh Hoa Province has been providing an impression of a region having a strong development in the beach, indoor and outdoor football. The coastal province is not only considered as a favorite destination of sports tournaments in general and football tournaments in particular but also has a training system for young athletes which has been highly evaluated in Vietnam. That is the prerequisite helping Khanh Hoa to gain such noticeable progress.
