Accordingly, the V-League’s present champion Becamex Binh Duong qualifies for the preliminary round of AFC Champions League while the runner-up Hanoi T&T will join the play-off.
Reportedly, 40 Asian football teams will be divided into eight groups and compete to decide 24 most excellent teams playing in the final round. 12 teams which have best achievements at the league will take part in the Asian preliminary round to determine World Cup 2018 berths.
