The four new contracts signed by Sanest Khanh Hoa and four new athletes in 2015 have not only strengthened the athlete force but also showed the ambition of the beach city’s team in this years’ season. All the four new players, including setter Nguyen Thanh Dat and middle hitter Nguyen Dang Binh from Phu Tho Police team, middle Dao Phat Dai of Military Zone 9 and hitter Bui Cong Tuan Anh from Military Zone 5, are the outstanding players of Vietnam volleyball at this moment. These players have had experience and have proved their ability through many matches, promising to become the key players of Sanest Khanh Hoa in the near future.

Khanh Hoa together with Ho Chi Minh City is the two localities which will host the return leg of the national volleyball championship 2015. This has helped Sanest Khanh Hoa to have become more determined than ever.
Another good news for Khanh Hoa volleyball was that coach Thai Quang Lai of Sanest Khanh Hoa young team was selected to be the head coach for the U23 national volleyball team at the U23 Asian volleyball tournament, held in Myanmar from May 10 to 20, 2015. Reportedly, this is the first time U23 national volleyball team has been formed. In addition, the coach board has been given full authority to recruit the athletes for the U23 team. This change promises to help the coach board to effectively build up a team as they wish.
Coach Thai Quang Lai has been highly evaluated by the professionals in training young players. In 2014, under his training, Sanest Khanh Hoa young team won champion at the national championship for young players and placed second at the volleyball club cup. Lai also used to be head coach (2010) and deputy coach (2013) of the national young team.
After gaining two trophies at both men’s and women’s event of the first round of the national beach volleyball tournament 2015, many athletes of Sanna Khanh Hoa beach volleyball team have been called to the national beach volleyball team to prepare for the Southeast Asian beach volleyball tournament and Asian beach volleyball tournament taking place in Thailand in May, 2015.
According to Dinh Quoc Dien, head coach of Sanna Khanh Hoa, this time, the team has most athletes called to the national team than ever before with two women’s couples and one men’s couples. Sanna Khanh Hoa’s coach Doan Duy Thanh has been also selected to be head coach of the national team.
With all those signs, Khanh Hoa volleyball has been creating a new impetus and contributing significantly to the national volleyball.
