Sanna Khanh Hoa has been showing a high determination at the national volleyball tournament for young players to defend their champion title.
The national volleyball tournament for young players 2015, taking place at Quang Nam Competition House (Tam Ky City, Quang Nam province), draws the participation of 12 male teams and 12 female ones of clubs, provinces and cities in the country. Sanna Khanh Hoa is in the same group with Quang Nam, Long An, border team, Ninh Binh and the ninth Corps. This group promises to bring attractive matches to the audiences thanks to the presence of some strong teams of last year’s tournament, such as present champion Sanna Khanh Hoa and the two-runners-up, the ninth Corps and Ninh Binh.

In comparison with the 2014 tournament, Sanna Khanh Hoa does not have the strongest form when joining this year’s one because some players were promoted to the provincial team. However, there are still some young outstanding athletes, including Le Quang Doan, Duong Van Tien, Quoc Doan, Nguyen Thanh Phuoc, Phuoc Loi and Tran Quang Vu, etc.
According to Thai Quang Lai, head coach of Sanna Khanh Hoa, being divided into a group of strong teams makes it difficult for the team to enter the semi-final. However, Sanna Khanh Hoa has always considered each match as a final one, so that all the team’s players have entered competitions with the highest determination. Lai said that the teams joining 2015 tournament are quite equal in the athlete force’s quality. Some strong teams own players with ideal height and high professional skills.
Up till now, Sanna Khanh Hoa is temporarily taking the lead in A group with six points followed by host Quang Nam with five points.
Hopefully that, with the present advantage and a high determination, the team of the beach city will continue to gain good results and successfully defend their champion title.
