Vietnamese swimmer sets unprecedented feat at SEA Games

On June 11, Anh Vien gained her eighth gold medals at SEA Games 28 after winning at the women’s 200m breaststroke.


With this achievement, Vietnamese swimmer broke the record for individual gold medals set by Singaporean swimmer Jescelin Yeo (seven individual golds and two team golds ) in 1993 and Singaporean swimmer Tao Li (seven individual golds) in 2011.
