The festival features the teams of Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Vietnam and the host, divided into two groups. U14 Vietnam is in the same group with Lao, Singapore and Thailand.
In their first match at the festival, Vietnam team left a good impressive after they starred in a 2-1 win over U14 Singapore.
