The Embassy of Vietnam in the United Kingdom hosted a ceremony to officially name the yacht “Da Nang-Viet Nam”.
12 teams with over 700 people from 40 countries around the world will join Clipper 2015-2016, having one circumnavigation of over 40,000 nautical miles, on 70-foot ocean racing yachts.
Da Nang – Vietnam team will be skippered by Wendy Tuck (Australian).
The Clipper Race fleet is slated to arrive in Da Nang in mid-February 2016.
