The classes of martial arts, aerobic and dancing, which have been taught free of charge at BigC Supermarket (Vinh Diem Trung Urban Area), have created an interesting playground for many people and partly contributed to promote the exercising movement in Nha Trang City.

Every night, the precincts of BigC Supermarket often bustles with many people at different ages joining dancing classes. Although many dancing movements have not been done smoothly, they have created a joyful atmosphere at the precincts.
Luu Thi Mai Chinh (Vinh Diem Trung Urban Area) takes part in the dancing class with the hope to meet and exchange with other people as well as improve her health condition. Dang Minh Tuan (Ngoc Hiep Ward) said that joining the dancing class has helped him to be healthier, be more optimistic and dynamic.

The dancing classes open from 5:30 – 7:00 and 19:30 – 21:00 everyday. At present, the classes include more than 20 practicers. According to Dang Thuy Nga, dancing teacher at BigC Supermarket, there are more and more people in the surrounding areas and people living in other areas joining these dancing classes. The classes have built up the exercise movement at this area.
Reportedly, there are five free classes with around 25 followers in each one held at BigC Supermarket, including dancing class, aerobic class and three martial arts classes (vovinam, taekwondo, taichi). Since the opening in mid April, 2015, the classes have drawn a large number of people and positive response from the public.
Apart from these classes, BigC Supermarket built an amusement park for children and has offered some free exercise equipments to the people. The precincts of the supermarket open from 4:30 to serve people’s need of doing exercise. Besides, every week, the supermarket has also cooperated with foreign language centers to organize life skill classes and foreign language practicing classes.
According to Phan Hai Hoa, Director of BigC Supermarket, the supermarket will continue to hold free physical classes in order to maintain the useful playground for the public as well as offer opportunity for people to improve health.
