The golden girl of Vietnam’s swimming, Nguyen Thi Anh Vien, showed impressive performances at the 8th Asian Age Group Championship 2015 held in Bangkok, Thailand in October 1-4.

Specifically, Anh Vien won seven golden medals at women’s 18-year-old-and-above events, including 100m butterfly, 200m individual medley, 200m free, 100m free, 50m back, 400m individual medley and 1,500m free. Besides, Anh Vien got five silvers.
Vietnam’s team finished the 8th Asian Age Group Championship 2015 with 15 goldens. The other golden medals came from Tran Duy Khoi (3 golds), Huynh Man Dat (3 golds) and Nguyen Diep Phuong Tram (2 golds).
