Seven years ago, the stands of the competition house were always full whenever Ngo Van Kieu and his teammates playing against rivals at this place. In 2008, the sound of hundreds of Vuvuzela partly contributed to make the volleyball games within the national championship become more attractive and interesting.

At present, Sanest Khanh Hoa has had many changes compared to the time when they won the champion at the national championship seven years ago. The changes have also been seen in other squads. At this year’s tournament, Sanest Khanh Hoa was in group B together with other strong volleyball teams, including Trang An Ninh Binh, Xo so kien thiet Vinh Long, The Cong 15th Corps and Military Zone 4. Therefore, the second round of the 2015 championship saw many attractive and tough games with competitiveness. This time, beside Vuvuzela, the audience cheered their favorite teams with drums.
In the present line-up of Sanest Khanh Hoa, Ngo Van Kieu seemed to be the only athlete taking part in the 2008 championship. Kieu has had some changes in his style of play but still remained his form. Together with Van Kieu, Truong Giang and Van Phong have created a strong attacking line-up for Sanest Khanh Hoa. Besides, the blockers of the team have also been highly evaluated. However, there have still been many mistakes made by the setters and receivers, causing the team to lose points.
On the other hand, the rivals of Sanest Khanh Hoa at this round primarily based on the collective strength with not too powerful but appropriate strikes.
At this tournament, Sanest Khanh Hoa brought the fans nail-biting games. They had the first win over Military Zone 4 and then overcame Trang An Ninh Binh and Xo so kien thiet Vinh Long. Finally, the team of the coastal province played a tough game against The Cong 15th Corps and whipped the rival 3-2. This result helped the team to top group B and enter the finals of men’s event.
It can be said that the equal quality of the teams in group B which comprised strong squads created an ebullient atmosphere as well as aroused the audience emotionally.
