Taking part in the festival are more than 100 players of nine universities and colleges of the provinces and cities, including Tay Nguyen University, Mientrung University of Civil Engineering, Khanh Hoa University, Nha Trang National College of Pedagogy, Khanh Hoa Medical College, Da Lat University, Quang Ngai University of Finance and Accountancy, Pedagogical College of Da Lat and Nha Trang University.
At the festival, the players compete in football and badminton.
The festival will end on November 30.
