At the sixth-tenure congress of Vietnam Federation of Volleyball (VFV) held on December 6, Tran Quang Thuong, Director of Khanh Hoa Sports Training Center, Chief of Khanh Hoa volleyball delegation, continued to be appointed to the Executive Committee of VFV; Tran Tan Dung, Deputy Chief of Khanh Hoa volleyball delegation, was accredited to the Inspection Department of VFV.

The congress also honored the teams which had many contributions to the Vietnam’s volleyball in the last tenure. Sanest Khanh Hoa was among the ones being honored this time.
Reportedly, in the new tenure, Vietnam’s volleyball will have some changes. For example, the number of teams at the national volleyball championship will be reduced from 12 to 8 in order to improve the tournament’s quality. VFV also set target for the female volleyball team and male team to be in top 5 and top 10 at the Asian Games, respectively.
