The Communist Youth Union branch of Khanh Hoa Provincial Sports Technique Training Center holds its 12th traditional mini football open tournament which takes place at the center of services & sports competition in January 3-10.

The tournament is attended by 17 teams of organizations, units and businesses in the province. The teams compete are divided into four groups and compete in a round robin format.
