Joining the festival are 224 pupils of seven schools, including ethnic minority boarding schools of Khanh Son District, Khanh Vinh District, Cam Lam District, Cam Ranh City, Ninh Hoa Town, Khanh Hoa Provincial Ethnic Minority Boarding School and two high schools of Khanh Son and Khanh Vinh.
The festival includes three events: school subjects (mathematics, literature, English), arts performance, and sports.
On this occasion, the Department of Education and Training gives seven scholarships worth VND500 thousand each to pupils who have made efforts to overcome difficulties and showed progress in learning.
