On the occasion, Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Cultue, Sports and Tourism gave emulation flag to Nha Trang City Center of Culture and Sports, recognizing the center as the excellent emulation unit in 2015, the leading unit of bloc of culture, sports and tourism at the grass-roots level.
