Nguyen Tan Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, was present at the event.

At the ceremony, Nguyen Tan Tuan gave first prize to Khanh Hoa Radio & Television, second prize to Khanh Son District Party Committee, third prize to Dien Khanh District Party Committee. The bloc of provincial Party Committee agencies received fair-play prize.
